I have lived my entire life in the San Francisco Bay Area, and feel a special sense of responsibility as a native. 

Although our climate is conducive to growing plants from all over the world, we should always be mindful to protect our local flora as much as possible. 

I received my Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz, and earned a Master's certificate in Landscape Architecture from UC Berkeley.

I am also certified as a Bay Friendly Landscape Professional,  and a certified water auditor through Sonoma Marin Water Savings Partnership.
